Installation
The Nviti.ng Mobile App is available for both iOS and Android devices.

Getting Started
- Login: Open the app and log in using your Nviti.ng credentials.
- Select Company: If you belong to multiple companies, select the one you want to manage.
- Enable Notifications: Allow push notifications to receive updates on new messages.
Using the App
The Inbox
Your inbox shows a list of all open conversations. You can filter them by status (Open, Closed, etc.) or search for specific customers.
- Unread Indicators: Unread messages are clearly marked so you can prioritize them.
- Channel Icons: Easily identify the source of the message (e.g., Website Chat, WhatsApp).
Conversation View
Tap on a conversation to see the full message history.
- Reply: Type your message at the bottom and hit send.
- Internal Notes: (If available) Switch to internal notes to leave private comments for your team.
- Customer Details: Tap the info icon to see customer details like name, email, location, and past interactions.
Managing Conversations
- Assign: Assign the conversation to yourself or a teammate.
- Close/Reopen: Mark a conversation as resolved or reopen it if the customer needs further assistance.
Profile & Settings
Access your profile settings to:
- Update your availability status (Online/Away).
- Switch between companies.
- Log out.
Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with push notifications:
- Ensure notifications are enabled in your device settings for the Nviti app.
- Try logging out and logging back in.
- Check your internet connection.
